What a great week last week! I had quite a few trade requests coming my way – WOW! Plus I had a few contact me that were completely new to freebie trading so I was able to try out my Step by Step Instruction Guide. And guess what it worked great!! All my referrals where able to green quickly and painlessly with my instructions! Here are some of my proofs from the week. (click on the picture to expand)

Random tip of the week
Christmas time! So my tip of the week is to spend time with your family! Yes you need to focus on your business as time permits. Do not ignore your family and do not spend too much time in front of the computer. Ensure that you have a list of things to do before you get on the computer so that you focus on what will give you the biggest progress in your online journey.

Topic of the Week – Your First Green
So, are you ready to “Green” your first site? Or are your saying what do you mean my first “green”?

Greening a site basically means that you have signed up to an IFW via your mentor’s referral link (the person that is paying you – hopefully me ) AND that you have completed the offer conditions. Now, there are some things you need to do before you sign-up to a site. Specifically you need to ensure that your browser that you will be using ( I recommend Firefox) is configured so that when you do complete an offer it credits correctly. There are three basic conditions for your web browser:

1. That you are not using Pop-up blockers
2. That you accept all cookies
3. That you are not using a Proxy

Wow – what a great week I had this week. I made significant progress in my online journey.

- I completed two trades on Calistyle 101; This allowed me to start a Trade Thread in the Quick Start Forum
- I Made changes to my Trade Thread
- I worked on setting up my Twitter – Follow me here

I also made a decision to offer 100% payout on all my sites (for a limited time). Why did I do that, well let me be up-front with you all – when you are starting on Method 2 it is hard to be noticed by new traders and to get them to trade with you. I absolutely want to raise my Trader Rating on both Calistyle and Free Lunch Room and this is the way to do it. I have already had a few folks ask for a trade after I made this change (on Friday). If I don’t make a profit when I am starting to establish myself on the Forum, then so be it. I will eventually decrease my payouts so don’t hesitate to contact me.

Random tip of the week
Always be helpful. This is a business of training and helping others. So always be helpful to others even (and especially) if you are not going to make anything from it. You know the saying – what goes around comes around. Do good unto others and good things will come to you. That is one of my philosophies.

Topic of the Week – The Return
So is it the return of Free Lunch Room? There were some very positive changes done to Free Lunch Room this week. Specifically they are allowing any and all Incentivitized Freebie Websites (IFW) to be traded on the forum. All they have to do is ask to be trade-able on the forum. This is a very positive change and several networks have since returned to Free Lunch Room. Looking forward to the rest of the positive changes to occur on FLR.

Is Free Lunch Room the place to be? You be the judge – I think there still requires a few more positive changes before it is….BUT this is a HUGE step forward.

Wow, already week #4 back into the world of Freebie Trading. How time flies! As I stated in my last newsletter, last week I focused on producing some graphics for my Trade Thread and also for my Welcome posts. I am very pleased with the results since as I stated last week I am not very good with graphics.

Here is my Trade Thread image that I created for Calistyle 101:

Do you like what you see? As I mentioned in my previous post, I used Adkreator to create my graphics. This tools just rocks and is so easy to use with excellent Video Tutorials.

Random tip of the week

Don’t skip on sleep! Sure there aren’t enough hours in the day to complete everything you want but are you really effective by staying up late to work on your Internet business? Or are you just doing ineffective things (and possibly signing up for new programs – trust me I’ve been there, done that). Not only are you not effective, you are going to be tired the next day. You are better off going to bed, getting the rest your body deserves and be fully effective the next day.

Topic of the Week – Why I upgraded to Silver
So, I did it I upgraded to a Silver membership on Calistyle 101. There are many benefits to upgrading to Silver:
